NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed with the Board of Directors of Indian Hills Fire Protection District (District) requesting exclusion from the District of the following-described properties:

Parcels of land within Section 18, Township 5 South, Range 70 West, of the 6th P.M., Jefferson County, Colorado

Also known as 24503 Chris Drive, Evergreen, CO 80439

The name and address of the Petitioner is: Richard Berry, 24503 Chris Drive, Evergreen, CO 80439.

A public hearing upon said Petition will be held by the Board of Directors of the District at 7:00 p.m. on March 25, 2026, at the District’s Fire Station, 4476 Parmalee Gulch Road, Indian Hills CO 80454. All persons interested shall appear at such time and place and show cause in writing why the Petitions should not be granted.
