Indian Hills Fire Protection District is entered in an intergovernmental agreement with Elk Creek Fire to provide fire protection and prevention services utilizing Elk Creek's Fire Marshal within the boundaries of Indian Hills. These prevention services include Development plan review and approval, testing and approval of fire protection and alarm systems in new construction, code interpretation and enforcement in new construction, and occupancy inspections.
